Token Display System Token Display System is designed as a modular queue system. It directs a customer holding a numbered ticket to the first available room or counter. Customer collects the ticket/ token from reception or ticket from wall-mounted printer and the call is made from a single button or key pad at each caller’s location. Optional over counter or room digit displays identify the caller.
Token Display System are ideal for Banks, Airports, Public Dealing Offices, Hospitals , Doctors Clinics, Restaurants and other such places where people have to wait in line for their turn. These systems allow customers to wait without having to stand in line, Once their number is displayed then only will they have to get in line for their turn. Musical chime for calling number. Provision for Automatic increment/ decrement of numbers by pressing a single key/ through IR remotes.

 | Queue Manage System Queue Manage System is a flexible customer or patient queue management system with audit trail and automatic reports. It can be adapted to almost any queue management application – hospitals, one-stop shops, etc. Anywhere that there is a queue that needs managing.
The customer or patient ticket number is generated from a thermal ticket printer either:
By a receptionist
By a receptionist using a dedicated ticket printer
By self-allocation at a touch-screen
The system can allocate sequential tickets for up to 8 different departments or, if preferred, the user can define the range of ticket number allocation to each department e.g. department A tickets 01 to 99 etc., department B tickets 100 – 199 etc. The user can also define counter or room allocation to department e.g. counters 1 – 6 department A dealing with tickets 01 to 99, etc. |
